Land located 200 metres from the Baltic Sea. A rectangular, flat meadow, partially overgrown with small pine trees and bush. Located alongside the gravel road between Saraiķi and Ziemupe. Access is from a side road. An electricity transformer is located approximately 100 metres away. The land borders a plot where a hangar is located, which is currently being developed into a cultural and design venue. The local spatial plan provides for access to the sea via a road running along the land plot, but the municipality has not yet constructed this road. It is planned to be completed within approximately 12 years.
